Responsibility
  • Handle customer enquiries and take orders accurately through walk‑in, WhatsApp, phone calls.
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers, addressing their specific needs and preferences.
  • Create order slips/invoices correctly and ensure all order details are recorded in the system.
  • Arrange delivery schedules, coordinate with drivers, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Prepare and organise daily order lists for the florist team, ensuring they receive all required order information and materials.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalation of complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Assist in basic flower preparation (e.g., unwrapping, trimming, conditioning) when needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, flowers, and materials.
  • Support overall shop operations and any ad‑hoc tasks assigned.
