Job summary

A luxury hotel group is seeking a Floor Supervisor in Ipoh to maintain superior cleanliness standards and manage Room Attendants. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in housekeeping, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required, and Putonghua would be an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Housekeeping Department, preferably in an international hotel.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken English and Cantonese; fluent Putonghua is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the standard of cleanliness in the guestroom and surrounding areas.
  • Communicate with Room Attendants for all concerned items as requested by the guests.
  • Provide chemical training for Room Attendants.

We are looking for a Floor Supervisor at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the standard of cleanliness in the guestroom and surrounding areas in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines established by the Hotel
  • Communicate with Room Attendants for all concerned items as requested by the guests
  • Provide chemical training for Room Attendants
  • Provide for guest supply control
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Housekeeping Department, preferably in an international Hotel with similar capacity
  • Motivated, quality driven, customer and business results oriented
  • Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of spoken English and Cantonese; fluent spoken Putonghua would be an advantage
