Job summary

An aviation management company is looking for an Admin/Operations Officer to oversee flight operations, including planning parking bays at KLIA/klia2. The role involves updating the Flight Information Management System, managing daily flight schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in Airport Management or Aviation Management and at least 2 years of relevant experience. This position is open only to Malaysian citizens and requires fluent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Airport Management or Aviation Management required.
• Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate parking bays and gates for aircraft at KLIA/klia2.
• Update Flight Information Management System (FIMS) with accurate information.
• Manage daily flight schedules and notifications regarding changes.
