We are seeking an experienced Flight Instructor to join our team at the Malaysian Flying Academy Sdn Bhd in Melaka. As a Flight Instructor, you will play a vital role in training the next generation of pilots, passing on your expertise and knowledge to help students achieve their aviation dreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting theory lessons and practical flight training to student pilots
• Providing ground school instruction on topics such as aerodynamics, meteorology, and aircraft systems
• Supervising and evaluating student pilots during solo and dual flight exercises
• Maintaining accurate student records and progress reports
• Ensuring flight safety standards are upheld at all times
• Assisting with the development and implementation of training curricula
• Participating in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a qualified Flight Instructor
• Valid commercial pilot's license with appropriate aircraft ratings
• Thorough knowledge of aviation regulations, procedures, and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and mentor students
