The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in seasoning formulation and strong expertise in Southeast Asian and international flavour profiles. Responsibilities include developing formulations, conducting research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should possess a relevant degree, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English and Mandarin. This dynamic role will require travel to Guangzhou, China as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in seasoning formulation creation or flavour engineering.
• Expertise in Southeast Asian and/or international flavour profiles.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the food industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize seasoning formulations for consumer preferences.
• Collaborate with flavourist for seasoning/flavour creation.
