Technical Service & Business Development Assistant Manager

Salary range: RM2800 to RM3800 + Fixed Allowance

Job Description:

Perform routine inspection, testing, and servicing of fire alarm and detection systems.

Assist with basic installation, repair, and component replacement as required.

Troubleshoot system faults and report issues to the supervisor or engineer.

Document inspection results, service reports, and checklists accurately.

Ensure all work complies with fire safety standards and company procedures.

Support senior technicians or engineers during commissioning and rectification works.

Coordinate with site personnel for access and testing activities.

Maintain tools and testing equipment in good working condition.

Job Requirement:

BIM Modeler

Salary Range: RM4500 - RM6000 + Fixed Allowance

Job Description:

• Develop and update Fire Protection (FP) BIM models and drawings according to project specifications and company standards.
• Prepare accurate layouts, dimensions, schematics, and coordinated FP system models for residential, commercial, and high-rise projects.
• Revise models to reflect design changes, coordination feedback, and site requirements.
• Incorporate safety, constructability, and installation considerations into BIM drawings.
• Verify and check design data to ensure compliance with NFPA, FM Global, and local codes.
• Prepare documentation, schedules, and submission packages including BOMBA requirements.
• Support hydraulic calculation inputs (sprinkler, hose reel, FM200, CO₂, etc.) and coordinate with engineers for validation.
• Participate in coordination meetings and present BIM updates when required.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in drafting or BIM-related work (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply).

Job Description:

• Oversee all Service & Maintenance operations, including contract growth and supervision of a 20+ team.
• Coordinate BOMBA inspections, meetings, and site visits with clients and authorities.
• Approve material requisitions, quotations, and subcontractor claims.
• Support smooth site operations in coordination with the Project Director.
• Ensure staff have proper PPE and comply with SOPs, ISO standards, and OSH policies.
• Manage staff schedules and prepare monthly reports.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in M&E Engineering or a related field.
