Fire fighting system service and maintenance

Heritage Fire Protection Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and experienced Fire fighting system service and maintenance technician to join our team. This full‑time role is based in Selangor and will involve the installation, service and maintenance of fire protection systems to ensure the safety of our clients' premises.

What You'll Be Doing

• Inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, fire sprinklers, and other fire protection equipment
• Respond to emergency calls and troubleshoot any issues with fire protection systems
• Provide regular maintenance and servicing to keep fire protection systems in optimal working condition
• Liaise with clients to understand their fire safety requirements and provide expert advice
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant fire safety regulations and standards
• Maintain accurate records of all service and maintenance activities
• Support the team in the installation of new fire protection systems

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a fire fighting system service and maintenance technician, with a minimum of 3 years' experience
• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, including fire alarms, extinguishers, sprinklers, and other equipment
• Familiarity with relevant fire safety regulations and standards
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• A valid driver's licence and your own vehicle
• Certification in fire protection system installation and maintenance (desirable)
