Job summary

Twin Trees Holdings Group is a company specializing in property investment, portfolio investment, management, development and venture capital. It operates as a Family Investment Office. As we strengthen our governance and expand our regional portfolio, we are seeking a Financial Controller to lead our Finance, Governance, Tax, Risk and HR Administration functions across the company and its subsidiaries.

Oversee full spectrum of Group finance, accounting, treasury, and statutory compliance.

Maintain and continually improve internal controls, governance frameworks, and reporting accuracy.

Lead month‑end, quarter‑end, year‑end reporting and group consolidation.

Manage external audits and regulatory submissions.

2. Strategic Planning & Group Performance

Drive budgeting, forecasting, business planning and financial modelling.

Analyse group performance trends and present insights to leadership.

Support restructuring and financing activities.

3. Treasury, Cashflow & Capital Management

Oversee liquidity planning, treasury operations and banking relationships.

Monitor investment returns and support asset allocation decisions.

4. Tax Planning & Cross-Border Compliance

Manage tax planning for Malaysia and relevant jurisdictions.

Oversee corporate tax, SST, transfer pricing and cross‑border reporting.

Liaise with tax agents, auditors and government authorities.

Legal

Review, draft, negotiate corporate contracts, agreements and legal documentation.

Manage legal advisors and support group‑wide legal risk assessment.

Corporate Secretarial

Oversee secretarial matters, statutory filings, resolutions and annual compliance.

Ensure proper maintenance of statutory registers and corporate records.

Develop and manage Group risk frameworks—financial, operational, legal and strategic.

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation controls.

Governance & Compliance

Establish group‑level governance policies, SOPs and internal control systems.

Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met.

6. HR Administration & Payroll

Oversee HR administrative functions, documentation, employee records and HR compliance.

Oversee monthly payroll processing, statutory contributions and leave administration.

Support hiring coordination, onboarding and HR audit readiness.

Ensure confidentiality, accuracy and integrity of HR data and payroll processes.

Build and lead a high‑performing finance, legal, secretarial and HR admin team.

Promote accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.

Strengthen cross‑functional collaboration across the organisation.

You will be suitable for this role if you possess:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA/ACCA and a member of MIA.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in financial control and reporting, including 5 years in a senior finance or controller role.

Experience handling legal, secretarial, HR admin, payroll, risk and governance is highly advantageous.

Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS), taxation and corporate compliance.

Experience in multi‑entity structures, investment holding companies, property or diversified groups is an added plus.

High integrity and ethical conduct, strong analytical capability and problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency in accounting systems, HR systems and MS Office.
