We are seeking an experienced finance leader to drive strategic and operational excellence within a dynamic organization. Key Responsibilities

Direct and oversee the finance team to ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly and annual closing activities.

Establish robust financial reporting processes and conduct periodic reviews of key statements.

Deliver insightful analysis and management reports to support strategic decisions.

Maintain strict compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate policies.

Coordinate audits, statutory submissions, and tax obligations to meet all regulatory requirements.

Act as a trusted advisor on financial matters, including planning, budgeting, and performance improvement.

Manage banking relationships and optimize cash flow through effective receivables and vendor oversight.

Identify operational risks and opportunities, recommending initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build capability and drive continuous improvement.

Partner with senior leadership on transformation projects and special financial initiatives.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, complemented by a recognized professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent).

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, including at least 3 years managing teams.

Exposure to multinational operations and experience handling complex, multi-entity or multi-country environments is advantageous.
