• Basic knowledge of SEC reporting.
• Familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley legislation.
• Familiarity with multi-company and multi-currency consolidations.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Sales, Service, and Finance to gather forecasts.
• Compute Asia commissions.
• Run shipment and backlog reports and update revenue forecast.
• Global headcount reporting and total BU reporting + SG&A.
• PnP recurring by customer, product, margin reporting.
• PnP R&D Project Allocation reporting.

Overview

As a Financial Analyst you will be working with complex financial data from multiple systems to prepare periodic and ad‑hoc financial and tax reports. Support the compilation and analysis of financial information across the organization and develop integrated revenue and expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• liaise with Sales, Service and Finance to gather forecasts and Act for Travel.
• liaise with Sales, Service and Finance to gather forecasts and provide variance explanations.
• compute Asia commissions.
• run shipment and backlog reports and update weekly revenue forecast file.
• global headcount reporting and total BU reporting + SG&A.
• PnP recurring by customer, product, margin reporting.
• PnP R&D Project Allocation reporting including weekly distribution of OTL data.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience: minimum of three years of financial analysis and general accounting experience in public account or private industry. Experience in a global manufacturing company preferred.
• Skills / Technical Requirements: basic knowledge of SEC reporting.
• Familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley legislation.
• Familiarity with multi-company and multi-currency consolidations.
• MSOffice, intermediate level in Excel (preferably advanced), Word, Powerpoint and a range of integrated accounting systems (Oracle background), databases and software applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills and ability to work effectively with a wider range of people in a diverse community.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and leadership to professional personnel in areas of expertise.
• Good presentation skills.
