Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly financial closing tasks including cost analysis.
• Involve in forecasting cycle and ensure timely submissions.
• Support and maintain cost centers and internal orders.
• Lead or support migration projects.

Job description

Key partner to sites/business unit controller

Monthly financial closing task (eg. Cost/inventory analysis, calculation of provision, allocation keys) to support global management reporting

Involve in forecasting cycle & ensure timely forecast submission

Analysis of cost details, actual vs FC gap analysis

Support creation and maintenance of cost centers and internal order, including maintenance of CO closing cycle

Leading/Supporting migration projects

Involve in monthly intercompany charge out based on SLA

Initiate/Support process improvement through ESSA (eg. standardization, automation)

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent

Audit or accounting or controlling experience 3 - 5 years

• Required Skills: Power BI and SAP (CO module) – added advantage
• Good to have: Plant, audit, or budget/forecasting experience

Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills. Fluent in English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus for regional collaboration
