Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to join our dynamic Finance Performance & Analysis (Performance Reporting) team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate and insightful management reports Maxis Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance and Management Reporting: Prepare and deliver timely, accurate financial and operational reports for management and regulatory review. Perform in-depth analyses including variance, profitability, and cost–benefit assessments to highlight performance trends, identify risks, and uncover opportunities for improvement. Support continuous enhancement of reporting processes and data integrity.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist in consolidating group forecasts and budgets, ensuring all assumptions are validated and projections are robust. Collaborate with stakeholders to challenge and refine inputs, supporting the development of reliable financial plans that align with strategic objectives.
  • Business Partnering: Act as a trusted support to Corporate Support divisions by providing insights and advice on reporting, forecasting, and budgeting matters. Build strong working relationships with business partners to ensure financial information is understood and used effectively in decision-making.
  • Special Projects: Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ad hoc analysis as required. Provide administrative support for FP&A activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Job Qualifications And Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a team player.
