Job summary

A leading shared services provider in Malaysia is searching for an Operational Finance Assistant to manage journal postings in SAP ERP and support with monthly reconciliations. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, have excellent analytical and teamwork skills, and be familiar with Excel and SAP ERP. This role offers an opportunity for candidates with up to 2 years of experience to grow their careers in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in using Excel, Power Point and Word.
• 0-2 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance fields or equivalent.
• Ability to work and deliver results within agreed timeline.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journals and do the posting in CW1 or SAP ERP.
• Prepare prepayment schedules, journals and postings.
• Booking payroll, bonus, benefits journaling.
• Handle Fixed Asset creations and retirement.
• Prepare monthly accounts reconciliation.
