Finance Manager (New Scalp Care Business) - MY & TH

We are a chain brand focused on hair and scalp health management, currently in the planning and establishment stage with upcoming operations in Malaysia and Thailand. Our mission is to deliver high-quality hair and scalp care services through a scientific and professional approach.

As we prepare for launch, we are looking for a Finance Manager to support our setup and financial framework. We welcome professionals who are passionate about growth and eager to help build a new brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the company and all branch stores’ financial management, cost control, budgeting, business analysis, and risk management.

Develop and implement financial systems, processes, and internal control mechanisms to ensure compliance, efficiency, and transparency.

Prepare and review annual budgets, financial statements, and management reports to support strategic decision‑making.

Supervise accounting operations, cash flow, inventory, taxation, and audit activities across all branches.

Support management in setting business objectives and financial plans, optimizing capital structure, and improving fund utilization efficiency.

Build and lead the finance team to enhance professional capability, accuracy, and efficiency.

Liaise with banks, tax authorities, auditors, and other external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

At least 5 years of experience in financial management, including 3 years or more in a leadership or supervisory role.

Experience in chain retail, beauty, healthcare, or service industries will be an advantage.

Strong knowledge of financial and tax regulations, with proven ability in tax planning, budgeting, and cash management.

Strategic mindset with strong business acumen; able to provide data‑driven insights for decision‑making.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.

Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred.
