The Finance Manager / General Manager will lead the Financial Accounting & Reporting function, while also overseeing the IT Department and Human Resources Department. This is a strategic leadership role that ensures financial integrity, operational efficiency, and organizational compliance across multiple critical functions. Ensuring compliance with international and local standards, delivering accurate financial statements, and providing insights that support strategic decision‑making. This role requires a balance of technical accounting expertise and leadership skills to manage teams, processes, and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications & Educational Background
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics.
  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field is often preferred.
  • Professional certifications like the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) can be advantageous.
Experience
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with exposure to IT and HR management.
  • Good knowledge and experience in MFRS, IFRS, GAAP, local financial regulations and also compliance for listed company.
  • Proven leadership in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
