Finance Manager - FP&A

You can expect to be part of a diligent FP&A division where you will enhance your financial analysis and strategic planning skills while collaborating with diverse colleagues and stakeholders across various lines of business within Marsh. We will count on you to:
  • Responsible for building out and managing a team dedicated to providing consistent and exemplary service to the Marsh FP&A team predominantly in Asia Pacific region.
  • Take ownership for repetitive tasks currently dispersed across the FP&A organization, putting in place the right discipline for time execution and delivery in accordance with deadlines.
  • Drive standardization of processes and reporting, including automation and enhancing the quality of information to stakeholders.
  • Build and leverage a strong commercial understanding of the business, its drivers of performance, risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to form projections of business performance across key financial metrics including Fund cash flows, AUM balances, revenue basis point profiles, other product fees and vendor costs.
  • Provide technical support to the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes.
  • Manage and grow the team with a vision to become best in class.
What you need to have:
  • Candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably an experience of Management Accounting or FP&A.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to engage, manage and influence team members and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong financial and business acumen and project management with exceptional analytical skill.
