Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Finance Manager to oversee the complete financial accounting and reporting functions for multiple entities within our client's group. This hybrid role is based in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur and involves managing the finance team, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to drive business performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the full set of accounts and manage the end-to-end monthly financial closing process for various entities.
• Prepare detailed management reports, group consolidation, and in-depth financial analysis.
• Ensure rigorous audit,, and statutory compliance (e.g., SST, income tax) across the group.
• Manage cash flow, develop annual budgets, and perform financial forecasting.
• Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to enhance business performance and optimize cost efficiency.
• Support strategic initiatives, including new business ventures, investment evaluations, and special projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to maintain high performance and data accuracy.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA, CPA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant working experience in finance, with proven exposure to group reporting and consolidation.
• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, audit procedures, and tax compliance.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with accounting software (familiarity with SAP is a plus).
• Demonstrated analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
• A proactive leader with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Prior experience in the Technology or ASEAN market is an added advantage.
