Job description

Oversee day-to-day financial operations while maintaining a strong understanding of key business drivers to provide clear and insightful analysis of business and financial performance.

Ensure full compliance with MFRS, Companies Act, taxation regulations, and statutory requirements.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and statutory bodies.

Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities.

Prepare group consolidation and monitor inter-company transactions.

Establish, strengthen, and maintain internal controls, financial SOPs, proper documentation, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Registered member of MIA (Malaysian Institute of Accountants) – mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a senior or managerial capacity.
• Experience handling multi-entity / group accounts; audit experience is an added advantage.
• High integrity with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
