  • Prepare and analyze financial forecasts, cash flow models, and performance metrics to support both strategic planning and day-to-day operational decisions.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and drive effective cost management initiatives to optimize financial outcomes.
  • Track and evaluate the financial performance of development projects, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, proper cost allocation, and comprehensive profitability assessments.
  • Manage the timely and accurate preparation of monthly management accounts, financial reports, and statutory financial statements in compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, including vendor payments, purchaser collections, and balance sheet reconciliations, to ensure financial integrity and discipline.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation laws, and internal control policies, proactively identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors, coordinate audit activities, and implement improvements arising from audit recommendations to strengthen governance and controls.
  • Partner closely with project, sales, contracts, and senior management teams to provide financial insights that support business performance and sustainable growth.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the finance team, fostering strong competencies in financial reporting, analysis, and regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements:
