Job summary

A manufacturing company in Malaysia is searching for an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations and support IPO readiness. Ideal candidates will have 5-8 years of experience in finance, preferably within manufacturing. Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial reporting and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Manage cash flow and treasury operations
  • Implement and monitor risk management and internal controls
  • Drive financial due diligence and ensure audit readiness for IPO
  • Coordinate with legal, audit, tax, and investment banking advisors
  • Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the Managing Director
Job Requirements
  • Member of a recognized accounting body
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in manufacturing
  • Prior involvement in IPO preparation or public company reporting is highly advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax laws and audit standards
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and work with external advisors
  • Chinese‑speaking candidates are preferred
