Job summary

A manufacturing company in Malaysia is searching for an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations and support IPO readiness. Job Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and ensure regulatory compliance

• Manage cash flow and treasury operations
• Implement and monitor risk management and internal controls
• Drive financial due diligence and ensure audit readiness for IPO
• Coordinate with legal, audit, tax, and investment banking advisors
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the Managing Director

Job Requirements

• Member of a recognized accounting body
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in manufacturing
