EverLantern Plastic Industry Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team in Perak. As the Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations and reporting for the company. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to make a significant impact on the organisation's financial success.

What you’ll be doing

Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance

Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide valuable insights to the management team

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and business initiatives

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and controls

Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

What we’re looking for

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Professional accounting certification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, or CIMA)

Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the Accounting industry

Excellent financial reporting and analytical skills

Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements

Proficient in using financial management software and Microsoft Office suite

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
