This position is responsible for investment daily operations, unit pricing, reporting, process improvement and any other related project/initiatives/enhancement.

To ensure operations task, unit pricing and reporting deliverables are within timelines and accurate, adhered with all standard operating procedures, policies, regulatory requirements and/or code of conduct at all time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible to ensure daily investment operations task/documentation and ILFs unit pricing are completed, accurate and delivered within turn around time and drive process improvement to increase operations efficiency.
  • Provide guidance to team members on investment daily operations deliverables and ILFs unit pricing.
  • New operations process flow set up for new investment asset, new fund, project/initiative requirements and operations process flow enhancements.
  • Work closely with system vendor on system function trouble shooting, changes/enhancement base on operations task/process flow new requirements/changes.
  • Prepare/review investment related reports, BNM/regional reports and financial year-end reports.
  • Work closely with vendor for system reports enhancement base on changes and/or new requirements.
  • Perform system static data maintenance and set up.
  • Ad hoc investment operations task and related reports preparation.
  • Undertake other tasks or projects assigned by superior as at when needed.
  • Kaizen: Process improvement to increase efficiency and accuracy, report enhancement to reduce turnaround time and improve accuracy.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives with exposure in Investment Operations / Unit Pricing.
