About the role

Due to rapid expansion, Goodmaid Chemicals Corporation Sdn Bhd is growing its finance team and seeking a Finance Executive to join us in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.

What you’ll be doing

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure the accuracy of financial records
• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide financial information and insights
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant academic qualifications and a passion for the role are encouraged to apply
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and regulations
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal English. Proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin and Cantonese is an added advantage, particularly for dealing with certain customer groups
