Job description

•Position Title: Finance Executive.
•Position type: Permanent;Full-time.
•Salary: RM 3500-4500.
•Location: Petaling Jaya (5-day week).
Chrisjac Recruitment is assisting a direct selling company to seek for an accounting qualified candidate with a strong track record in sales processing, accounts receivable/payable and credit control. The role is full time permanent position and will be based at the company's corporate head office at Petaling Jaya.
The position available is for immediate hiring.
The role
This role is reporting to Finance Manager.
Main scope of duties:
·Assist the Finance team in the overall management of the transaction activities.
·Prepare Accounts payable monthly payment.
·Perform Accounts Receivable collection function and Accounts Payable functions.
·Ensure all transactions are processed into financials.
·Ensure that supplier statements are reconciled monthly in accordance with agreed time frame.
·Monitoring of bank cash available, cash flow projection and preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements.
·Support all areas of office administration activities.
The person
·Malaysian male/female.
·Possess a Bachelor degree in Accountancy.
·2-3 years of accounting work experience.
·Proficient in English plus conversant in BM and Mandarin.
·Proficient in MS Office applications with Excel skills.
·Experience using Accounting software.
