Assist in bookkeeping by cost centres and department

Handle all day to day finance and accounts operations.

Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, payments to suppliers.

Provide administrative support during budget preparation and monthly closing.

File all the secretarial documents M&A, bank facility, SPA, tenancy and other business agreement

Participate in annual audits and tax submissions

Any ad-hoc assignment as and when assigned by the management

Requirements and skills

Work experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer or similar role

Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures

Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)

Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. SQL Accounting Software)

Organizational and time-management skills

Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors

Diploma in Finance, Accounting or Economics

Maintain employee files in high confidential and private and help admin and Human Resource Department as and when needed in all aspects and matters.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting.

Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems.

Experience

Prior experience in finance or accounting support role is preferred.

Exposure to accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and expense tracking.

Fresh graduates with strong academic background may also be considered.
