A leading company in financial services is seeking an entry-level accounting support staff member in Klang City, Malaysia. Responsibilities include entering financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, handling payment documentation, and providing administrative support to the finance team. Fresh graduates with a diploma are encouraged to apply, as no previous experience is required. Candidates should be detail-oriented and willing to learn, with immediate availability preferred.

Enter invoices, receipts, payments, and expense claims into the accounting system
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
Key in daily accounting entries (bank deposits, payments, supplier deposits, conversions)
Enter personal claims and corporate card transactions
Compile all Payment Vouchers (PVs) and prepare consolidated payment lists for review
Key in approved payments into SQL
Organise invoices, receipts, and supporting documents on the server
Follow up on missing documents
Prepare simple schedules (cashflow summaries, document checklists)
Prepare Monthly Cash Summary
Update projection/summary files based on actual transactions
Verify receipts for staff claims
Organise and file supporting documents (bank statements, PVs, ORs, JVs)
Entry-level position: fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
Diploma in any field
No accounting knowledge or experience required (full training will be provided)
Basic ability to use a computer and Microsoft Excel
Willing to learn and follow instructions
Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
Able to provide general administrative and data-entry support to the Finance team
Immediate or near-immediate availability is preferred
