Job summary

A Malaysian corporation is seeking an experienced accountant to manage the full set of accounts and ensure timely financial statements. The role involves preparing documentation for audits, daily accounting operations including accounts receivable and payable, and updating the cash book system. Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in accounting with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • 1. Handle full set of account & ensure timely closing of monthly account.
  • 2. Prepare Financial Statement, Management Report, Schedules & Documentation for audit purposes and liaise with auditors.
  • 3. Daily accounting operation including Account Receivable, Account Payable & Journal entries.
  • 5. Download bank statement to check payment receive from customer to ensure all the receipts issue accordingly.
  • 6. Update daily payment & receipts in Cash Book System.
Job Requirements
  • 1. Diploma / degree in accounting or equivalent.
  • 2. At least 2 years to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • 3. Able to work independently with minimal supervision & handle multiple task.
  • 4. Ability to meet on time deadline submission & work under stress.
