Job Description:

• Assist in the preparation of accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Provide support during internal and external audits, assisting with data collection, documentation, and resolving audit queries.
• Review and analyze financial transactions.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
• Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to financial processes and procedures.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and reports as requested by management.
• Work closely with other departments, ensure accurate financial data.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of audit experience (internal or external audit).
• At least 3-5 years ofexperience in finance or accounting.
• Experience in manufacturer industry is highly preferable.
• Basic understanding of audit principles.
• Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written) is required for business communication.
