Monitor and work with co-workers on collection strategies.
Contacts customers by phone, email, and mail to recover a debt and if necessary a site visit to the customer.
Answers questions customers have about billing statements.
Keeps track of payment due dates, forecast and sends reminders.
Investigates billing errors and disputes and follows up with customers.
To handle any additional tasks handed by Superior from time to time and comply with company policies.
Follow all ISO and company’s policies and procedures.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar financial role. However, those with no experience but willing to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
SPM or relevant diploma or degree in Finance / Account / Administrative or a related field.
