Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end‑to‑end fixed asset accounting lifecycle, including tracking, recording, capitalization, disposals, and depreciation in accordance with Toll Group policies.
  • Analyze, interpret, and present fixed asset financial data to support business decisions.
  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly and annual fixed asset reports.
  • Support capital expenditure budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Provide documentation, schedules, and support for internal and external audits.
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in financial and management reporting.
  • Solid analytical abilities with the capability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset.
  • Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
