Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in property development or construction.
• Proficient in property-related finance processes.
• Solid knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts including general ledger and monthly closings.
• Prepare financial reports monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and liaise with auditors.
