We're excited to announce the launch of our specialized three-year 'Finance Graduate Development Program' (FGDP). We're seeking elite, motivated recent graduates to join our fast-growing Finance and Accounting team and become the next generation of financial leaders in high-tech manufacturing.

Program Overview:

The FGDP program will give you the opportunity to work in unique, challenging and constantly evolving roles that are critical to our global business. Each rotation will range in scope, allowing you to showcase your talents to a broad range of colleagues and executives, while giving you the experience necessary to thrive in senior finance roles. You will have the opportunity to participate in professional development programs and networking events. You will be supported by a dedicated program manager, peer partner, and executive mentor. After completing the rotations, individuals will build their careers with Celestica in areas of the enterprise where their capabilities can be best leveraged for organizational impact and personal career interest.

Focus Areas (Rotational Placements)

Over a period of 36 months, graduates complete three one-year rotations within dynamic areas of Finance, such as Financial Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Site Operations, and Internal Audit. What is Required of You?

Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Accounting / Finance with a CGPA of 3.6 & above. Fresh graduates (less than 1 year of experience) are strongly encouraged to apply.

Internships / CCAs: Relevant internship experience in reputable MNCs or audit firms as well as leadership positions in CCAs / student group

Professional Commitment: Willingness to commit to three years of service based at Senai Johor and with the flexibility to travel to our other sites in Malaysia and Thailand when required

Mindset & Attributes: A continuous learning and critical thinking mindset, proactive problem-solving, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Work Location
