A technology firm in Klang City is seeking a Field Application Engineer to provide support and troubleshooting for their CNC controllers and industrial robots. Field Application Engineer - Control and Robotics

Join our team as Field Application Engineer! This role will be supporting and troubleshooting industrial systems powered by Syntec’s advanced technologies—CNC controllers, industrial robots, and automation solutions. This hands‑on role involves on‑site installation, customer training, and global technical support. Responsibilities:

Provide service and application support on Syntec products: Industrial Robot, CNC controller, servo drive, etc.

Handle servicing and troubleshooting machinery with Syntec products

Deliver product training, demonstrations and technical consultation to customers

Project based on‑site installation for automation project

Technical Support for Syntec group overseas markets

Assist & perform other assignments given by Superior as and when required

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor in Engineering Field

Fresh graduates are highly encouraged

Energetic, passion & willing to try

Good interpersonal skill, self‑motivated and able to work independently.

Knowledge in Industrial Robotic or CNC field is preferred.

Familiar with Basic Electrical Troubleshooting and Understand Circuit Diagrams is preferred.

With hands‑on mechanical work experience is preferred

Skilled in Programmable Logic Control (PLC) or Solidworks/Autocad software is preferred

Must be able to travel both domestically and overseas (America,EU,India,ASEAN)
