Job summary

Job description

Lead FI pillar with creative thinking to achieve high level maturity of process, be responsible for the development of the organization (plant wide) in the understanding and use of FI and Lean tools, act as change agency to lead change and drive loss reduction to ensures that the plant is continually moving toward its AOP & TDC targets, quality and customer responsiveness.

Provide business insight to PO steering committee and pillar team on opportunities identification, drive high value added project via effective hopper process.

FI Project Management

• Lead plant wide FI project selection and project implemetation with creative thinking to ensure achive AOP saving target delivery
• Drive best practice sharing and new procedure replication in plant wide

FI Mateurity Managememt

• Drive FI maturity improvement
• Lead FI maturity master plan development and deployment to achieve high level maturity of process

FI Pillar Opeation Management

Drive FI pillar team operating healthy & One Goodyear way approrach for pillar operatiing standardization improvement

FI Capability Management

• Governance FI Tactics alignment with key stakeholders
• Build a problem solving culture in whole organization focused on loss elimination and performance improvement and influence stakeholder to accept new procedure
• Responbile for all levels of peoole on FI Soving capability improvement

Audit & Reports

• Lead FI management meet customer audit and others agency audit requirement
• Repsonsile for all AP/Local FI Reports accuracy
