• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, styles, and brands, with the ability to articulate product details and benefits persuasively.
• Proven ability to create engaging and interactive live stream content that drives sales and builds customer loyalty.
• Must be comfortable working on-site in Tebrau and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic live streaming environment.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries, provide styling advice, and resolve issues promptly and professionally during live streams.
• Familiarity with live streaming platforms and equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio systems.

Responsibilities

• Host engaging and interactive live streams showcasing fashion apparel and accessories.
• Present detailed product information, including features, benefits, sizing, and styling tips, in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Demonstrate and model clothing items, providing viewers with a clear understanding of fit and appearance.
• Engage with viewers in real-time, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing personalized recommendations.
• Drive sales by highlighting promotions, discounts, and limited-time offers during live streams.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling live stream content and themes that align with current fashion trends and brand initiatives.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current fashion trends, styles, and brands to provide informed commentary and recommendations.
• Monitor live stream performance metrics and provide feedback to improve engagement and sales conversion rates.
• Build and maintain relationships with viewers to foster a loyal customer base and encourage repeat purchases.
