Role Description

A Factory Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing factory machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. The role also involves performing routine inspections, supporting production teams, and ensuring all work complies with safety and quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-start-up checks on equipment/machineries.
• Ensure adequate and the right type of raw materials are available.
• Carry out in-process controls according to process recipes.
• Ensure storage of finished products are done accurately.
• Trouble shoot in-process problems and to report them quickly.
• Assist in plant maintenance.
• Comply and follow all ISO 9001 Quality Management System standards and procedure.
• Adhering to all OSH regulations.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by superior.
