Responsibility

• Supervise and coordinate daily factory production activities.
• Assign tasks to workers and ensure production schedules are followed.
• Monitor product quality, machine operations, and work processes.
• Ensure workplace safety rules and cleanliness are strictly followed.
• Record production data, attendance, and materials usage.
• Report any operational issues to management and propose improvements.
• Train and guide new workers to ensure consistent performance.
• Support inventory checking, packing, and loading activities when needed.
