Work Experience

Three years or above in relevant field

Education Requirements

Diploma or above in Business Administration

Certificate in Japanese Language is advantage (to communicate with Japanese customer)

Language Requirements

Fluent in English and Malay

Proficiency in Mandarin and Japanese (priority given to candidate who can speak in Japanese)

Job Description
  • Assist in leading the relevant plans for the NPI and coordinate with each department in factory
  • Respond to customer needs (including transportation arrangements, etc.) and assist with regular audits
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Prepare trial production & sample shipping list and arrange express delivery
Other Requirements
  • Proficient in Office software [Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook]
  • Person with experience in corresponding with customers directly or translation and other related work, proficiency in oral communication, and strong written expression skills are preferred (English or Japanese)
  • Person with experience in quality management in a factory are preferred
  • Master the PM work process and have excellent organizational coordination and communication skills
