Strictly abide by food safety and hygiene regulations, do a good job in food procurement inspection, storage, processing and other links of hygiene work to ensure dining safety.
Responsible for the daily cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of kitchen utensils and equipment, keeping the kitchen environment clean and orderly.
Reasonably control food costs, avoid waste, and flexibly adjust food preparation according to food inventory.
Cooperate with other relevant work arrangements of the team and respond to dining demand adjustments in a timely manner.
