• Prepare the operations documentation such as Sales Order, Delivery Order, Invoice accurately, Stamp & Sign
• Filing - ensure operations documents are filled correctly & properly
• Assist in production planning and daily operational coordination
• Monitor production schedules and report delays or issues
• Track raw material usage and finished goods movement
• Support inventory control and stock documentation
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and invoices
• Support dispatch planning and logistics documentation.
• Responsible for Logistics activities.
• Prepare daily routes transport arrangement.
• Loading, transit and delivery time are arrived timely as scheduled
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Responsible for transport operations and process improvement for higher efficiency.
• Communicating effectively with Drivers, clients and responding to their requirements
• Address any issues related to logistics operations, including delays, damages, or discrepancies, and develop corrective actions
• With strong knowledge on Excel, able to prepare & analyze the report according to the deadline
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Possess certificate/Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or Logistics.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in logistics industry.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Able to work independently and work under pressure.
• Must be proactive and resourceful.
