Primary Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize HVAC systems, plumbing and mechanical utility systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs, respond to facility fault reports and corrective work orders.
• Coordinate with external vendors, supervise and monitor logistics support, operate forklifts for general facility material handling.
• Supervise lifting operations and ensure compliance with lifting safety protocols (for one technician).
• Support common area systems and office equipment maintenance, handyman tasks.

Essential Qualifications

• Certificate/SKMM/MARA in HVAC or mechanical systems.
• Minimum 2-5 years commercial facility experience.
