Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of designated properties, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality facility management.

Drive a team to deliver excellent property management services in line with real estate management agreements.

Ensure all building facilities, safety equipment, and common areas are well maintained to the highest standards.

Handle owner and resident enquiries with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving mindset.

Collaborate with government agencies and authorities to ensure compliance and timely license renewals.

Contribute to tenancy, leasing management, and other property development initiatives.

Prepare budgets, reports, and ensure effective implementation of Standard Operating Procedures.

Build strong working relationships with consultants, agencies, and relevant stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with insurance and licensing requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Degree/Diploma in Real Estate / Property Management or related field.

Minimum 8 years’ overall working experience, with at least 3 years in property management of high-rise buildings.

Strong knowledge of Strata Management Act and Strata Management Regulations.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

A resilient and adaptable mindset — able to remain composed under pressure and tackle challenges head-on.
