  • Prepare material requests as required by the purchaser.
  • Renew road tax and insurance.
  • Check workshop status and order stock if necessary.
  • Check and follow up on vehicle summons.
  • Inspect hostel and vehicles.
  • Handle vehicle accidents and GPS matters.
  • Attend to FM tasks on Saturdays.

  • Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in administration, facilities management, or project coordination.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
