Facility Management Inspector – Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Facility Management Inspector (Mechanical Engineer) to join our team in Selangor. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, monitoring, and ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance, and safety of all mechanical systems and facilities within the premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems, including HVAC, pumps, compressors, piping, and building services.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report the condition and performance of all mechanical assets.
  • Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for both preventive and corrective maintenance work.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend effective solutions or improvements.
  • Prepare inspection reports, maintenance documentation, and technical summaries.
  • Support facility upgrade, asset improvement, and energy efficiency initiatives.
  • Participate in emergency response activities related to mechanical system breakdowns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience in facility management, mechanical maintenance, or building services (advantageous).
  • Solid understanding of mechanical systems, safety compliance, and inspection standards.
