Job Description
  • System Exposure & Oversight: Learn to support and monitor facility water systems, including city water supply, industrial cooling water, ultra-pure water (UPW), and effluent treatment systems (WTP/IETS).
  • Preventive Maintenance Support: Participate in routine inspections, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities under guidance from experienced engineers.
  • Project Involvement: Assist in facility-related improvement projects and gain exposure to structured problem‑solving using the PDCA cycle.
  • Safety & Compliance Awareness: Learn and follow safety standards, regulatory requirements, and site safety protocols in daily operations.
  • Efficiency & Sustainability Learning: Support monitoring of water and energy usage and contribute ideas for conservation and efficiency improvements.
  • Vendor & Team Coordination: Work with internal teams and external vendors to support maintenance activities and water quality testing.
Qualifications
  • Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, or related Engineering disciplines.
  • Basic knowledge or exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools or concepts is an added advantage.
