Job Summary
Facilities Process Specialist – Risk & Compliance (Data Center)

Our client, a leading data center operator in APAC, is seeking a Facilities Process Specialist to join their team in Johor. This role is critical for ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and sustainability across multiple data center sites.

About the Role
You will be the key point of contact for risk and compliance processes, supporting ISO accreditation, health and safety, IT governance, and environmental audits.
This position involves working closely with operations, IT vendors, finance, and security teams to maintain high standards in facility management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage compliance for ISO certifications (ISO27001, ISO45001, ISO14001) and Information Security Management Systems.
  • Coordinate health and safety programs, training, and audits across sites.
  • Support environmental sustainability initiatives, including waste management reporting and audits.
  • Oversee IT procurement, licensing, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Assist with operations budgets, billing, and financial processes.
  • Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and CAFM ticketing systems.
  • Act as point of contact for physical security and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare reports, analyze data, and recommend process improvements.
  • Support CSR projects and internal/external training schedules.

Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Engineering or IT.
  • 3–5 years’ experience, preferably in data center operations.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO27001 is a must. ISO45001, ISO14001 are better to have); SOC 2 Type 2 is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of EHS requirements and IT security/networking.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and document control skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
