Job summary

A facilities management company in Johor Bahru is seeking a qualified individual to manage all aspects of facility operations. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance and security, executing scheduled maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates will possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, effective communication skills in English and Malay, and be adept at handling documentation tasks. Proficiency in MS Office is required; knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD is a plus. Own transport is necessary for job-related travel.

Qualifications

  • Independent, mature and resourceful, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills in English and Malay; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Computer literate and able to handle documentation and reporting accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of facility operations including maintenance and security.
  • Plan and execute preventive and scheduled maintenance programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers for timely completion.
  • Monitor facility supplies and inventory for operational efficiency.
  • Assist in budget planning and expense management.
