Job summary

A facilities management company located in Ulu Tiram is seeking a Facilities Engineer to oversee the installation and maintenance of energy systems across multiple factory sites. The ideal candidate will manage infrastructure projects, evaluate maintenance needs, and ensure timely completion of maintenance work. Candidates should have a diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and be fluent in Mandarin and English. CAD skills and knowledge of HVAC systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Familiarity with industrial construction, HVAC, and M&E systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for installation, operation, and maintenance of energy and facility systems.
• Oversee and manage company infrastructure projects for quality completion.
• Evaluate maintenance needs and manage the maintenance process.

Skills

Knowledge of building engineering principles

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Fluent in Mandarin
