Responsibilities

• Preparation and operation of extruder machines for testing and production.
• Perform on-line testing and off-line modification of die sets to achieve product specifications.
• Maintain and update test records. Perform measurements, data-collection and quality checks on products.
• Perform first-line maintenance of machines/equipment used in die testing.
• Troubleshoot technical and product issues encountered during production.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure safe working condition.
• Perform other tasks as assigned and work beyond normal hours when required.
