  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including export declarations and certificates of origin
  • Verify and ensure that all necessary documents are complete and accurate
  • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Monitor and track shipment movements to ensure timely arrival at destination
  • Investigate and report any discrepancies or issues with stocks and shipping schedule
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of shipments and related documents
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
